New England deserves better new construction.
We don't just need more homes, we need better ones. Too much new construction is built to sell, not to last.
At Delvera, our homes are designed by people who've actually built them: framers, plumbers, HVAC techs, career site work operators. That experience is in every detail, including the ones you'll never see.
When you do things right, people won't be sure you've done anything at all.
Open Web Floor Trusses. No bounce, no squeak. Floor trusses have an engineered consistency conventional framing cannot match. Moreover, the span distances provide a floor with fewer imperfections on the first, second, or any other floor. These are not your grandmother's creaky floorboards.
The open design allows more room for your insulation, soundproofing, mechanicals, electrical wires. Further, very few columns are needed with this design. This allows for far more customization in your basement or finished floor plans; both at construction time, or for later additions or rearrangements.

Engineered Roof Trusses. Your roof goes up in a day, not a week. Roof trusses arrive to site already designed, cut, and ready to set. This means your structure spends less time open to the weather, and you get to move in faster.
Much like the floor trusses, roof trusses allow for much more flexible layouts. Roof trusses have the ability to span much further than traditional framing. This reduces the need for interior bearing walls. You get the floor plan you want, not the one you can have.
Raised heel trusses keep your insulation at full depth all the way to the edges. This is where most conventional homes leak heat. That's a fancy way to say your utility bills are lower.

True Permitting Experts. We take care of all the permitting. Pick or design your home, and we call you with the keys. No headaches, no worrying about surveys, soil testing, zoning requirements, code compliance, septic plans, or paperwork. We are happy to walk you through the process, or leave you out of it!
Mechanical Chases. Mechanical chases mean easy access to your plumbing, electrical, and HVAC; no cutting through framing, no fishing wires through closed walls, no guesswork. When something needs service in twenty years, your contractor and grandchildren will thank you.

The Result. Clean, reliable, boring construction. At the end, a timeless product. Welcome to Delvera. Let's get you home.
